Розвиток історико-культурного туризму в Закарпатті: здобутки і проблеми

Abstract

The article examines the state of historical and cultural tourism Transcarpathia, which has the potential for a successful operation, evidenced by the success of the most popular routes like «Castles of Transcarpathia», «Palaces of Transcarpathia», «Wooden Churches of Transcarpathia», «Monasteries Transcarpathia», «Carpathian Ukraine» and others. However, a problem is the scope of protection and use of land artifacts of the past. The attention to the need for improvement of the legal protection and use of cultural heritage. Today in Transcarpathia must save 1637 monuments of cultural and historical heritage of the land, which are under state protection, among them – 177 of national importance, which primarily includes medieval castles and unique monuments of sacral wooden architecture. Solving this problem requires significant financial investments, major organizational activities and connect to a numerous NGOs. Otherwise we will lose all that for centuries our ancestors created.
